We held a meeting at the Nu Dawn Café, where the food entrepreneurs will be creating a pop up and supper club in November. Ruth, from HISBE (How It Should Be) prepares food to be retail ready. Stormont House is a unique special school in that pupils have very complex special educational needs, but they offer a curriculum that leads up to GCSE and ASDAN levels. They visited Urban MBA to learn about entrepreneurship and setting goals as they reach the age of leaving school.

Our alumni entrepreneurs Ozman, Ebenezer and Nigel came to inspire and show the young people their products.
