In November, food entrepreneurs collaborated at the Nu Dawn Cafe pop-up and supper club. Ruth, from HISBE (How It Should Be), guided them in preparing retail-ready food. Meeting her requirements means a possible product placement in a Brighton store, generating £1.2 million annually.

Stormont House, a unique special school, educates pupils with complex special needs. Despite these challenges, they offer a curriculum leading up to GCSE and ASDAN levels. During their visit to Urban MBA, they learned about entrepreneurship and goal setting for life after school. Our alumni entrepreneurs, Ozman, Ebenezer, and Nigel, joined in to inspire and showcase their products, motivating these young individuals.
