Terms and Conditions for Urban MBA

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.urbanmba.co.uk (the “Site”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (the UK age of majority) to use our services. By using the Site, you confirm compliance with all applicable UK laws.

3. Online Store (WooCommerce)

Products: Merchandise is produced and shipped via Printful. Colours, sizes, or designs may vary slightly due to manufacturing or device display limitations.
Pricing: Prices are listed in GBP and subject to change without notice.
Orders: We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, stock limitations, errors).
Returns/Refunds: Governed by Printful’s Return Policy.

4. Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payments are securely processed via Stripe. We do not store credit card details.
Chargebacks or disputes must be resolved through Stripe’s policies.

5. Podcast Room Bookings (Amelia Plugin)

Reservations: Non-transferable. Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice for refunds.
No-shows: May result in forfeited booking fees.

6. Online Courses (Tutor LMS)

Access: Courses are for personal use only. Sharing logins or redistributing content is prohibited.
Refunds: See our Refund Policy for eligibility criteria.

7. User Accounts

Registration: Required for course access, bookings, and purchases.
Security: You are responsible for account activity. Report unauthorised use immediately.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Site for illegal activities (e.g., fraud, harassment, copyright infringement).
Disrupt services (e.g., hacking, spamming, introducing malware).
Misrepresent your identity or misuse third-party data.

9. Third-Party Services

Printful: Production/shipping terms are governed by Printful’s Policies.
Stripe: Payment processing follows Stripe’s Terms.
Amelia & Tutor LMS: Bookings and courses are subject to their respective plugin terms.
Mailchimp: Newsletter subscriptions adhere to Mailchimp’s Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Content Ownership: All course materials, logos, and Site content are owned by Urban MBA or licensors. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
User Submissions: By posting comments, feedback, or content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, modify, or publish it.

11. Data Privacy

Personal data is collected per our Privacy Policy and the UK Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR).
Newsletter subscriptions require opt-in consent. Unsubscribe anytime via Mailchimp.

12. Disclaimers

Accuracy: We do not guarantee error-free content (e.g., course descriptions, pricing).
Third-Party Risks: We are not liable for issues arising from Printful, Stripe, or other third-party services.
Service Availability: The Site may experience downtime or disruptions.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, data loss).
Third-party service failures (e.g., Printful shipping delays, Stripe payment errors).
Liability is capped at the maximum permitted under UK law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Urban MBA against claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of laws.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breaches (e.g., fraud, harassment).

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
